ISP_Man is a product of Bioteam Software. ISP_Man is an Internet base solution that is built to provide support of Internet services providing companies to offer Internet, Prepaid card services and VoIP services. ISP_Man automating the end-to-end operational business process including Customer Relationship Management, Billing System and Provisioning Systems

ISP_Man consists of several subsystems. All data and configuration information are stored in two Relational databases. The user interface is web based. All data are shared between all subsystems.

The main subsystems are:

• CRM - this subsystem manages information for customers, customer services, customer contracts, employs and offices.
• Dialup - this subsystem manages dialup, wireless and PPPoE users and integrates dialup provisioning system into CRM part.
• Leased Lines - this subsystem manages internet clients on leased lines and integrates leased lines provisioning system into CRM part.
• VoIP - this subsystem manages VoIP services and clients and integrates of VoIP provisioning system into CRM part.
• Virtual services - this subsystem manages WEB Hosting and Virtual mail clients and integrates Web Hosting and Virtual Mail services provisioning system into CRM part.
• E-Card - this subsystem manage Internet and VoIP pre-paid cards.
• Billing - this subsystem manages all incomes and expenses, customer cash flows, generates and registers invoices, produces variety of reports and graphics. This system generates an export data to accounting system.
• Reports - this subsystem generates many different reports needed by different group of users like the management staff, marketing department, sales department, financial control department etc.
• Administration module - the purpose of this subsystem is to provide tools for system administration of ISP_Man including users, groups, roles, message exchange, etc.
• Reseller - this subsystem is used be Internet resellers (individuals and companies having reseller contracts with the ISP-company). Restricted user interfaces and data access are implemented.
• ISP_Man was developed using MS SQL Server 2000, Internet Information Services (IIS) and ASP. Provisioning systems are built on Oracle 9i database server, Apache web server, PHP and Perl. The interface between provisioning and CRM parts is based on SOAP technology.
